Visual guide simplifies process for Estate Agents

London : Friday, 11th May 2007 — Hipag Services, a leading supplier of Home Information Packs to independent estate agents and solicitors, has published a visual Guide to HIPs – a colourful wallchart designed to explain at-a-glance the HIP process for Estate Agents and their clients.

The Hipag Guide to HIPs has been carefully designed to illustrate every step in the process of creating the HIP that will be legally required for most residential property sales from 1 June 2007. In easy-to-follow wallchart format, the Hipag Guide is designed to act as a source of instant reference and clarification for both estate agent and their clients.
