Big landlord get-together aims to guide investment decisions

The National Landlord Investment Show

The National Landlord Investment Show, which returns to London later this month, will focus on addressing landlords’ biggest challenges in 2026 and beyond.

Panellists including property analyst Kate Faulkner, Susie Crolla, MD of the Guild of Letting & Management, and national lettings MD at LRG, Allison Thompson, will unpick the economics of being a professional landlord, financial challenges and EPCs, upskilling to manage properties, and top tips for managing risk and compliance – in a discussion hosted by TV and radio personality Ian Collins.

Landlords, property investors and developers also get the chance to connect with more than 100 expert property service providers, attend 50 educational seminars on topics including Making Tax Digital and training around the Renters’ Rights Act, and ask the experts at the Landlord Advice Centre.

Event

The event marks the 100th live show since it was launched in 2013 by Steve and Tracey Hanbury.

With changes across the PRS this year, there’s a huge amount of noise surrounding UK landlords, from scare stories to talk of panic selling, according to Tracey Hanbury, MD of organiser LIS Media.

Time

Rather than reacting to headlines, now could be the time for landlords to assess whether selling is truly necessary or whether remaining invested, even in the short-term, is the smarter move. The outlook for 2027 is more promising, says Hanbury, with price growth forecast to rise to between 2–3.5%, and rental growth for between 1.5% and 4%.

“UK landlords face a more complex environment in 2026, but complexity doesn’t mean crisis,” she adds. “We’re privileged to work with some of the best property service provider experts in the UK, and our role is simple: to deliver practical, independent education that helps landlords make informed decisions across all stages of their property investment journey.”

The show is at Old Billingsgate in London on 24th March – you can register for your free ticket here.
