The National Landlord Investment Show returns to Old Billingsgate in London on 8th July for its milestone 100th event.
With the UK property market undergoing big changes and headlines pointing to a mass landlord exodus, the day promises to showcase a very different mood - one that is positive about the future of the private rented sector, with landlords investing, adapting and thriving.
The event promises 100 experts, 100 insights and 100 opportunities designed to help investors learn, adapt and thrive.
Along with education and networking opportunities, seminars include the Future of Property Investment and How to Operate in a Changing Regulatory Landscape which features Kate Faulkner OBE, Lucy Waters (MD at Aria Finance), former UK housing minister Eddie Hughes, Carly Jermyn (MD, Woodstock Legal Services) and Paul Shamplina.
Sessions
There will also be a series of Renters’ Rights Act training and topical sessions led by legal, lettings and property management experts, and a Property Developer Live Hub, featuring a series of discussions and seminars designed for developers and landlords scaling into larger projects.
Other topics are Rent for Good: An in-depth landlords’ forum on social impact and supported letting; Property, Pensions and Financial Freedom: Building, Protecting and Passing on Property Wealth; and New Investor Masterclass. Tax sessions on Making Tax Digital, tax planning in 2026, and property incorporation will be led by accountants, tax experts and HMRC.
Educated
Since its establishment in 2013 at an inaugural event in Croydon, the show has educated 170,000 landlords in key locations including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Southampton, Kent, and Cardiff.
Tracey and Steve Hanbury, co-founders and directors, founded the show as young accidental landlords who noticed a real gap in education and connection within the sector. “None of this would have been possible without the expert property service providers who have supported us on our journey from day one, expert speakers who educate at our shows and the landlords and property investors who attend,” say the pair.
You can get your free tickets here. Doors open at 8.30am and close at 5pm. The full agenda can be found here.
