Property monitoring technology provider ResiSure has been appointed as a recognised supplier by the NRLA as the PRS moves towards stricter housing laws and more emphasis on tenant wellbeing.
The new partnership will see ResiSure work alongside the NRLA to support more than 100,000 landlords and property providers with access to cutting-edge environmental monitoring solutions, helping them detect and prevent damp, mould, and condensation issues before they escalate into costly compliance breaches or legal disputes.
The UK-based firm focuses on making compliance simple, proactive, and affordable. Its wireless, 5G-enabled IoT devices allow property providers to monitor humidity, temperature, and air quality in real time, with automated alerts and detailed reports that protect both tenants and portfolios.
James Auger, head of sales at ResiSure, says being appointed as a recognised supplier by the NRLA is a huge milestone. “From day one, our goal has been to give landlords and property providers the tools to stay ahead of legislation, reduce risk, and protect their tenants,” says Auger.
“With the Renters’ Rights Act and Awaab’s Law setting a new benchmark for housing standards, this partnership couldn’t come at a more important time. We’re excited to support NRLA members with the technology they need to ensure every property remains safe, compliant, and fit for the future.”
