Landlords looking for some no-nonsense straight talking about property can tune into Paul Shamplina’s new YouTube channel.
The founder and managing director of Landlord Action has launched Paul Shamplina Talkin’ Property as the YouTube destination for trusted property advice, entertaining interviews and insights on industry news.
The channel will offer tips and information tailored for landlords, letting agents, first-time buyers, and tenants, featuring conversations with guests from across the property sector.
Shamplina promises that his channel won’t sugar-coat the industry’s realities, but will focus on giving landlords the real information they need to succeed, along with advice about being more professional.
With more than 25 years of frontline experience in the property industry, he understands their challenges and has built a reputation as a straight talker who’s not afraid to tackle the real issues facing property professionals.
In the ‘lifetime stories and property’ section, Shamplina sits down with high profile guests who will offer their own experiences of the property sector.
Theresa Villiers, former Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, recently sat on his sofa to discuss the future of the rental market, potential legislative changes, and what landlords should be prepared for.
“Being a landlord these days is the hardest it’s ever been, with the media demonising them,” he explained.
“The housing sector is at its most challenging, and education is the key to surviving and thriving. I’m going to be tackling all the pressing topics with expert views and opinions from my industry colleagues to help landlords navigate the changes.”
