Canterbury Student Housing – This web-based scheme offers benefits to students and to landlords. It is a partnership between the universities, students, landlords and the council.

Great Places Housing Group – To recognise & reward landlords who manage their properties to a good standard. Bury MBC & Manchester MHA have worked together to develop standards.

Landlord Accreditation Wales – Accreditation Scheme – joint initiative between Private Sector and Housing/Environmental Health Services for 22 Local Authorities in Wales – supported Welsh Assembly Government.

Liverpool City Council – We have set up a voluntary accreditation scheme for private landlords which is currently piloted in the Kensington area.
