4.1 We will seek subscriber members’ consent to this policy on sign-up to our services, accessing and downloading information relating to investment and the management of rental properties and when using our forums.
4.2 Subscriber members may withdraw their consent at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in every email communication we send out. Alternatively, by contacting us in writing, by e-mail, by telephone or letter, to tell us that they no longer wish their details to be retained by the company. On receipt of these instructions we will immediately remove all the data subject’s personal data from our systems.
