Prime Central London estate agency, W.A.Ellis, took home a handful of awards at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel on Friday, 24th May – including a gold award for ‘Best Prestige Lettings’, and silver awards for ‘Best Property Management’, ‘Best Customer Service’ and ‘Best Single Office’.

The Lettings Agency of the Year awards, now in their fourth year, are the only awards that focus solely on lettings, seeking to find the very best in the business. Judges described W.A.Ellis as having a deserved reputation for excellence, and that its wide reaching marketing campaigns have substantially developed its profile as one of London’s leading lettings agencies in the prime residential sector. In the judges’ report, W.A.Ellis was also praised for their sound knowledge base of clients, attention to detail and commitment, and discreet level of service – and that these individual facets all pull together to create a truly breathtaking prestige agent.

Lucy Morton, senior partner and head of lettings at W.A.Ellis, comments: “We are absolutely delighted with our success at this year’s Lettings Agency of the Year Awards. This recognition from the industry demonstrates our commitment and dedication to our service and professionalism. We also fought off fierce competition from the national firms, once again proving that we punch well above our weight!”
