We are looking for landlords who would like to advertise their rental property/rooms to our students free of charge.
Our eight centres are located in Guildford, Bristol, London Moorgate, London Bloomsbury, Birmingham, Leeds, Chester and Manchester.
We have been working to devise a well-equipped and accessible service to students to aid their property search.
The brand new web based service is soon to launch across the University to all students who are in search of Accommodation. It will assist them greatly in their search and is up to pace with what the modern student expects.
Landlords publishing their property/room on the site will be able to update their advert details online whenever they wish via their own lettings management software.
- The website was created by Studentpad which is the provider of choice for the HE sector.
- It offers detailed housing advice and local information about the areas surrounding their campus.
- It has listings of properties available to let via private landlords, estate agents and student hall providers which accepted students are able to search.
If you are a landlord who has a property located near one of our centres and you’re interested in renting to our students, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
