Adding to their existing ‘Investors in People’ accreditation achieved last year, Total Landlord Insurance has been awarded the prestigious Investor in Customers (IIC) award for outstanding customer service.
The rigorous assessment was conducted over 5 weeks to establish the strength of the organisation’s customer relationships.
During this time, desk research was carried out by an independent IIC assessor, and customers were asked to take part in a full survey providing honest feedback in four key areas:
• Understanding clients needs
• Delivering a service which meets those needs
• Whether it is a 1st class service
• Engendering loyalty (in customers and staff)
Landlords praised Total Landlord Insurance for their exceptional customer service through their “same name claim handler” operation, friendly and knowledgeable staff and personal attention which demonstrated the team’s willingness to go the extra mile.
