Two leading property exhibitions organisers will join together to present an outstanding property show event in Birmingham, Spring 2014.
The National Homebuilding & Renovating Show, the leading exhibition for the self-build and renovation industry from Centaur Media PLC proudly sponsored by Anglian Home Improvements, and a new exhibition from Wealth Media LLP called The National Property Investment Expo are joining forces to co-host the largest residential property event in the UK.
To be held at the NEC in Birmingham next Spring (27-30 March 2014), the event will offer an extensive seminar and master class programme and feature more exhibitors of relevance to home improvers, self builders, developers and investors than ever previously gathered under one roof.
“Our audience has a huge appetite for property and related areas including property as an investment,” says Nick Noble, managing director of Centaur Special Interest Exhibitions”
“By teaming up with this exciting new investment exhibition, we are providing a fascinating and highly relevant event for them to explore new ideas and opportunities and adding to their show experience.”
Oliver Romain, managing director of Wealth Media LLP, adds: “Thousands of visitors will be able to move seamlessly between the shows over the four days enjoying the benefits of an unrivaled variety of seminars, master classes and exhibitors.
“Most property investors are also interested in or actively involved in property development and home improvement, so it makes good sense for them to attend the National Homebuilding and Renovating Show, when they visit the Property Investment Expo.”
The new National Property Investment Expo is aimed at budding property entrepreneurs and is led by the team behind the successful Landlord & Lettings Shows.
The event is also expected to attract landlords interested in expanding their portfolios and is supported by the magazine, Landlord & Buy to Let Magazine as one of the National Property Investment Expo’s media partners. Homebuilding & Renovating Magazine and Real Homes are the media sponsors for the National Homebuilding & Renovating Show.
According to Romain, the combination of the two shows in one venue central to the UK provides a perfect environment in which to launch the new exhibition.
