Invest in your future – the Landlord and Property Investment Exhibition covering the east of England, takes place at the Rowley Mile Conference Centre at Newmarket Racecourse This Thursday 19th September.
Open to landlords, perspective landlords and property professionals, it aims to show that while the majority of industries are still suffering from the economic downturn many of those in the private sector have weathered the storm and some are now flourishing. In fact, 34% of buy-to-let landlords who were landlords before 2007 have since increased their property investment and with the government’s new “Help to Buy” scheme there is an increase in the number of new investors into the buy-to-let sector.
