East Anglian Landlord show on 19th September – Newmarket Racecourse

London Landlord Show on Tuesday 15th October – Grand Connaught Rooms, Central London

Buckingham Landlord Show on Thursday 14th November – Jurys Inn Hotel

Tenant’s History’s 3 remaining Property Road Shows this year are coming to 3 locations soon which have massive “buy to let” potential.

These areas are: East Anglia, Central London and Buckinghamshire.

These shows are targeting the buy to let “hot spot” areas which will not only attract existing landlords who are looking at extending their portfolios, but will also attract landlords who are looking to invest into those areas.

We will be running property exhibitions/seminars in each area which will include key speakers from the industry who will cover topical news on legislation, vetting tenants, landlord services plus much more.  We will also include a seminar on why landlords should invest or expand their portfolios in each area.

Here’s what some of the show sponsors and exhibitors have said about our previous shows:

Richard Bowser – Editor of Property Investor News

“The organising team did a great job in putting on their first event for local landlords in Croydon and I have no doubt that the upcoming event in Brighton will be a real success. Good location, good exhibition layout and with some good speakers all gave the attending landlords an event which am sure they will come along to next year”.

Carla Samuels – Virgin Money

“Thank you for inviting us to exhibit at the Surrey Landlord Property Investment Show.  This has been an excellent experience and we have made some solid contacts thanks to your expertise and running such a successful and professional event.  We wish you every success with your future shows and hope to exhibit again”.

Alison Guyton, Marketing Manager, Leaders Lettings

“As a long established letting specialist we know how important it is for landlords and investors to get the best advice available in the industry. We run our own informative events, so we also know how much hard work goes into making them a success and Tenants History have done a great job, which is why we are proud to be the main sponsor of the event. We will be exhibiting and speaking at each of the events and look forward to meeting landlords looking for advice on letting and buy-to-let.”
