This can help you decide whether the potential tenant may pose a risk to your property.

Conducting regular checks and keeping on top of inspections can also help to prevent any unwelcome surprises, when the tenancy is up or cancelled. Simply keeping on top of your rental property can prevent any headaches created by messy tenants.
