Red face up the creek without a paddle

Well, I've been out and put up notices in several post offices/shops ect....
and I've got until 7th September to move out of my current property. But considering the fact that property is in demand in this area and tenants with perfect credit histories aren't - then I think I'm up the creek without a paddle.
