That's a pity. I would have been interested to read a justification of the kind of courses provided to letting agents, in terms of their rigour and the value for money they represent, compared with other professional training/CPD courses.

I am disappointed that you feel unable to attempt a defence of them.

'Bloopers' is a perfectly good English word. I'm surprised that you've never heard of it. Michael Rosen and Dennis Norden won't like you- they purvey these errors on BBC Radio and on ITV (respectively). The term is often used in a cinematographic context too, signifying continuity mistakes.
