    Default New Flat owner.... what safety '' stuff '' do i need to provide ?

    Just had my offer accepted on a 2 bed flat..... so now what ! Are there any items like smoke detectors etc i need to provide in the flat... what about fire blankets etc. Ta

    Is it purpose built?
    Or a house conversion?
    Who will you be letting it to? A couple/family?
    How many other flats in your block? Are they leaseholders or short term tenants?
    3 Students?
    WHat floor is it on?
