Phil - can't stand him. It's so rare I see that programme, and everytime I do, he's in it. What a waste of space. Has he got any real role? He's supposed to be some hard nut but all I see is some dumpy red faced bloke (pervy like!) with a silly voice!

For goodness sakes - get rid of him, I'm sure he won't be missed!

Well... When a woman and a man love each other.....

(Gay men still are capable of having children you know, just obviously go against their urges!)

Fair enough, I guess it may have been a previous relationship or donor sperm or something like that. I last watched EE in 1998! Ben was a bairn and Gillian Taylforth was up to stuff in the back of a car!! I was tired of having misery inflicted upon me twice a week so haven't watched it since.

I know, that's why I stopped watching it - so depressing!! I haven't been a follower of it since Angie left - she was a character.

Corries my favourite - at least you get a laugh as they do have some really funny people in it. Actually, I'm watching Corrie now on catch-up :-)

A more miserable programme than Eastenders has yet to be devised. If life in the East end of London is really as dog-depressing as that, why does anyone still live there?

If you want to hear a cockney accent then you go to Essex.

If you want to visualise much of East London ( save exceptions like Canary Wharf Docklands and some of the old Squares) watch Slumdog Millionaire, but add drainage and flats.

Intelligence & stupidity are not necessarily mutually exclusive (eg my brother....)
I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...
