I hope you can help.
We have nightmare tenants at the moment who are complaining at absolutely everything. Though there are 2 things I could do with some advise.
1. One complaint is that the garage side door is letting water in from the bottom. Now my thinking is that it is an out building and that the up and over door at the front would let water in if the rain was getting blown in from underneath as that is not sealed... He is complaining that it is a slip hazard. Where do we legally stand? Does the door have to be made water tight?
2. We have a garden shed in the property which is a bit one sided now as it has done a few years. which is a genuine complaint but has come after 6 months even though it was like that from day 1 and not mentioned before only now after a dispute over something else. He wants a new shed. the one there is quite big tho due to financial circumstances we wouldnt be able to put the same size shed there. My question is do we legally have to put the same size shed there or can it be smaller?
