    Default the law society business lease full repairing?

    Is the law society lease (whole building)a full repair lease. My tenant requires a roof repair and asking me to do it....

    It should be limited by a schedule of condition. Without such a schedule, I suspect that the onus of proof would fall on the Landlord.

    See clause 5.1 "To maintain the state and condition of the property but the tenant need not improve it except as required in clause 5.7
