hosted mortgage for overseas investor

Hello there,

I´m a german property investor and want to invest in the UK.
Because it is not really easy to get a mortgage for me as an
overseas investor I´m thinking about a hosted mortgage (of
course the host will be assured by legal documents).

Can anyone help me with that?

That sounds pretty interesting. I´m looking for rental properties about 25% under market value (for instant equity) and good cashflow after all costs.
