Thank you on the 5th February when i make the copies do i submit the evidence in person to the court clerk ? or online ?

As far as I am aware, there is no facility to submit paperwork online.
It does not tell you this, or tell you to submit at the county court.

So where do i submit my paperwork to before the court date ?
I have also read that i need to submit all costs to the judge before the court date as if i do it on the day he/she may well throw the costs out

Someone has mentioned a statutory demand as a way of getting money from the tenants whats your opinion on this ?
