If you only have one gas appliance - such as a boiler - and that appliance is newly installed then you do not need a Landlord's Inspection. You will need a landlords inspection within 12 months.

YES! Well you need the inspection (CP12)done before the 12 month anniversary of the installation. The installation date will be as per all the documentation - the Certificate.
It is in the legislation I can look up the exact number if you need it.
