    Default Portfolio Rescue Programme

Has any heard of/had any dealings with a Detox Property Portfolio Programme (rescuemyproperties) run by Management Consultants For You?
They take over the management of failing portfolios (for a management fee) with a view to selling to investors getting the mortgage companies to walk away from any shortfalls?
    Too good to be true????

I would be very careful into entering into any contracts or dealing with anyone without taking advice on the terms and conditions of what you are entering into.

I have never heard of Detox.

Sounds like a scam to part you from your property for buttons.

Sounds very strange to me! If a portfolio is failing - where does the money come from for the 'management fee?'

Stay clear of anyone calling themselves Management Consultants For You.

If you look them (MC4U) up they say they are a company (different name..). If you look that up with Companies house they have a share capital of £1:

Their website listing staff members makes for informative, fascinating reading...

I am not filled with confidence.... but, perhaps pigs do fly ....others may hold alternative views & they may well be fine, upstanding, honourable businessmen with the best interests of distressed landlords at heart...

    Cheers!

The copyright notice at the foot of that website hasn't been changed since 2006 - old content?

    Well spotted David:

    Here...
    http://www.mc-4u.com/seminar/
they refer to a Jan 2013 seminar (which I am ABSOLUTELY NOT recommending) and one of the names looks familiar - and matches someone (Google him..) who only seems to have been a director of several dissolved companies: Such bad luck, I'm sure it ain't his fault, oh no....

    Cheers!
