Default Unauthorised Tenant in a shared room in Multi-let

I rent a room to a tenant’s in a shared multi-let property but I don’t live there so I am live out landlord.
A friend of one of the tenants has just moved to his room without my permission. I don’t even know this person and did not have any agreement with him. This new person who moved in without authorisation is causing nuisance to other flatmates like noise, not cleaning, smoking in the house while it is not allow. I said to the main tenant that his friend has to leave the property but his friend refuses to leave.
    Question:
Can I just call the police to escort the unauthorised tenants from the property.

You need to start eviction proceedings against your tenant.
I doubt the police are going to be interested.

What does your agreement state about guests?

My agreement states that guests are only allowed for 1 week and the main tenatns needs to add £10.00 to his weekly rent. Guest are not allow if guest do not follow the ruled signed in the agreement.
I don't have any problems with the main tenant but his guest who is making parties and not following any rules of the house.
Does this mean that I cannot do anyting with his guest and cannot remove him from the house?
So his guest can do whatever he likes and make nuisance to other tenants?

I only want the unauthorised tenant to move out and not the main one.

You can only evict your tenant, his guest will go with him.
Once your tenant knows this, he may get rid of his guest.

If he doesn't, then your tenant deserves to go as well.
