With apologies for the generally of the question, but, who are they, or, more importantly, are they really fair? I have of course read the 'about us' section on their website (www.disputeservice.co.uk) but I want to be sure about who I'm submitting the dispute to - who are the independent case examiners? What have people's experiences been?
Also, assuming I am unhappy with any 'final and binding' decision, do I still have the option to go to court?
Indeed, would it be better to go to court directly, assuming I've tried to sort out things with the landlord directly? I appreciate I've given no details at all regarding the dispute, but would just want to have an idea of who they are and how disputes have been dealt with in the past.
Any feedback appreciated.
