Default Tenants getting boob jobs? :)

    From Landlordzone:

Many young tenants have no experience or awareness of the importance of this or the cost and disruption a bust can cause.

I took that as a drugs bust...

(btw... have you noticed how many moobs there are about... I had to give up dairy products - let's just say I don;t have that problem....)

We were told that the previous heating company would be coming to fix the heating and were waiting on delivery for a part which would arrive on 12/06/2016, almost a month after their last visit.

We were waiting for a call to arrange for the part to be fitted. I received a call from the letting agent on 13/06/2016 telling us that the heating company were sat outside the house waiting to fit the part and that they claimed they had contacted us to say they would be there on that day between 8am-12pm.
Landlordzone post comes back from the future?

Trying to buy BLT with existing tenants
I think if my BLT had tenants, I wouldn't eat it.

I own a freehold on flats, I want to know if the leaseholders have violated the terms of the lease.
Where or how would I find the terms of their lease?

I'm going to stick my head up here and state that...
    Up where?

    The mind boggles.

I have already cleaned the garden and changed the locks to stop any trespassers.
    Err, aren't you a trespasser?

Default Many a true word from Shea's contractor

    6 minutes in:

You can almost tell when you get inside their apartment/ their flat, who's paying rent, and who's not. You get the one you gotta step over clothes and all that sh*t, and they got three or four big 30 gallon garbage bags, stinkin', you about know immediately they ain't payin' their rent.

Does the tenancy agreement contain an obligation by the landlord to insure the property? If it does, this gives the tenant immunity against any claim by the landlord for damage covered by the insurance
Hmm. Can you see now why I think deposits are a pretence?
