    1. Electrics. The electrics date back to the early part of the 20th Century and was thinking of re-doing everything, top to bottom. There is a school of thought which means I could leave them alone as nothing has burned down yet but what would you do?
    Not expect the insurers to pay out if it does.

    I use the Solicitor documents so I will not lose.
    rofl... as I understand young folk say these days...
    I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...

    Also left £1,000s unpaid gas and electric (utility company tuned up literally 2hrs after check-out)

    Can anyone help I have a tent who has been in for over 6 yrs now the council housing officer is saying I am breaching laws by having the door to the stairs coming from the kitchen
