    Maybe your clause could be seen as preventing ale git occupier from taking in a lodger
    Yeah, some of my tenants are gits when they've been on the ale.

    Default Landlord to supply cat, and move house further away from neighbours. :)

    once we received the tenancy agreement it was missing all requirement mentioned in our offer e.g. cat, break up close etc
    Do any landlords supply pets?

    Many LL's unwittingly supply tiny biting pets left over from the previous tenants. No extra charge either.
