    MSE today...
the bloody estate agent still charge me 328 from my current tendency deposit. I utterly found it unprofessional, devious for what they asked for.
    ..etc etc etc....
.. I hope you guys can give me some glues to resolve it.

    Today....
I recently attempted to sue my freeholder but had my case struck out after I missed a court deadline to submit my bundle. As the case was struck out and never went ahead, am I entitled to recover my fees which I paid to the court for the hearing?
    I am lost for words...

Brilliant Mistake in Block of Flats Own Website

Client takes advice from counsel and posts it to website. Doesn't read the lower down entry between instructing solicitors, whose PA forwarded it on, and where a reply gives advice and ends with a comment about the client group " f****** muggles LOL".

All concerned sacked and advice removed from website !

    Chriskemp / iLovepoopy,

    Really? According to this posted a couple of weeks ago you only have a week left in your current property;

    Such dishonesty results in bans.
I was just wondering who would choose 'I love poopy' as a username, but I see it was actually 'I love poppy'.

Jammy git, I'd love to know which lenders are offering that, sounds like a cracking deal.

Wannadonna - the incident too complicated but she is AC/DC (Uppsetting other tenants with loud music/shouting/partying late at night.
Yeah, I can see that loud music/ shouting/ partying late at night could be a problem if you let to AC/DC.

Anyway, i have just received my annual statement and it has an extra charge for "communal gardening other" for a total of £2134 meaning i now owe £533

I don't recall being informed of any works that would require me to pay this amount. I can only think it is a result of a tree being removed from the front garden
    You think that you'd notice..........
Based on the information posted, I offer my thoughts.Any action you then take is your liability. While commending individual effort, there is no substitute for a thorough review of documents and facts by paid for professional advisers. More ramblings atleaseholdpropertymanager.blogspot.com
