    we also have non smoking sounds throughout
    How innovative. Don't your tenants just switch off the sounds though?

    Last night....
    Spoken to my friend again today.

    He says the wording of her txt messages could only have come from the CAB or someone like that as her usuall spelling is terbile.....
    I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...

    ... tenant is very much aware of the importance of ventilation. She opens the windows on a daily basis and closes the upstairs windows onto first vent when she leaves for work...
    Why don't I believe this agent?

    The property i have owned for 40 years and is in beautiful condition, now has blackspot in every room upstairs.
    Only grow roses outside?
