You have to look at their lease and the demise ie what is theirs, and if the area to be insulted is their or yours.

What would be an appropriate insult for their area?

I just took a conference call from the office about a problem, and a person commented " do bears [I]poop[I] ON the woods".

I burst out laughing and said " OMG, flying bears!"

It took a few minutes for everyone to stop laughing.

He finally called out an exterminator who said they were climbing up piping from downstairs. He put down poison even though I had a small child learning to crawl at the time and I didn't see him again. Obviously this didn't solve the problem and we ended up buying a cat.

Hi there I have recently collected some money together and atm I am looking at buying a buy too let for under 50k without a mortgage in Lincolnshire I am in my early twenties and live at home and with the current climate i am happy too stay there I have the money in savings at a very small interest rate and I am looking at something that would give me a good return, that is close and easy too manage and would give me some extra income..is it possable someone could give me abit of advice is buy too let a good idea??

True, it's B2L so 'buy two let'.

'Buy to let' is gramatically correct. B2L is modern 'txt spk' abbreviation; we don't derive correct English from this. Not that it matters too much
