Why not post something in reply warning about LGBT discrimination, and see if they cotton on?

You have to look at their lease and the demise ie what is theirs, and if the area to be insulted is their or yours.
What would be an appropriate insult for their area?

Your area needs a good paint.

Not so much posters but speakers......

I just took a conference call from the office about a problem, and a person commented " do bears [I]poop[I] ON the woods".

I burst out laughing and said " OMG, flying bears!"

It took a few minutes for everyone to stop laughing.

    From one of today's posts:

He finally called out an exterminator who said they were climbing up piping from downstairs. He put down poison even though I had a small child learning to crawl at the time and I didn't see him again. Obviously this didn't solve the problem and we ended up buying a cat.

    That is hysterical.
Based on the information posted, I offer my thoughts.Any action you then take is your liability. While commending individual effort, there is no substitute for a thorough review of documents and facts by paid for professional advisers. More ramblings atleaseholdpropertymanager.blogspot.com
