Default Sending to separate copies of S21

    Hi

I'm going to be sending an S21 to my tenants and as advised, I will be sending two separate copies from two different post offices and getting cert of postage.

Is it OK to complete one of the S21's (including my signature) and then photocopy it and use it as the second S21's.

Just worrying if it should be an original signature on each copy.

    Many thanks

I always photocopy the original twice, post the original and a photocopy, and then keep the other photocopy and have not had a problem at court.

If you did two separate, I would advise you to have a photocopy of each to take to court.

Doesn't need a signature anyway, so it is irrelevant whether it is an original or copied signature.
