    Update: We have been informed the tenants have gone, the baliffs are due this Thursday at 13.00hrs.

    Q. What happens now regarding my access to the property and do I inform the baliffs they are not required

    Update, worse fears confirmed, the property has been damaged, bathroom smashed up, front upvc door split in two, all upvc windows cracked, kitchen sink taken, gas fire taken, all internal doors split, stair case danaged beyond repair. Independant Quotes to repair all damage between 4500to 5000 plus vat.

    Q, Action against tenants any advice and pros and cons of selling at action
