Hi all
Just a bit confused and thought I would ask the question here. If a LL has signed 5 students on a AST for 12mths ending 1st July 2011, when would the date of expiry be is he served them with a Section 21(1)(b)?
Thanks in advance

I'm not a LA, I'm just some admin person that works for 3 LL who don't get on with each other and never respond to Tenants. All help is gratefully received and very appreciated.
Did the fixed term commence on 2nd July 2010?
it started 1st July 2010

PLUS (in my view- other LZ members differ) L cannot let to five joint tenants. The maximum is four at once.

Thank you very much for help. Sorry for the confusion on the date, the tenancy runs for a year, not a year and a day.
