    Cant extend enough sympathy to his family and friends but there will be more than a few commuters who will be quietly,and respectfully, more optimistic about their strike free commutes in future.

    Seems to be a strange legal loophole to me...

    Would that mean that they could charge the guy again for possession every time they hand the laptop back?

    It seems the pictures in question do not fulfil the legal definition of inappropriate images. We can only hope the thing is stored beside a large magnet or CT scanner until he's released and then entitled to get it back.
