    - the Times also reporting tenants given NTQ. (Presumably over £100k/pa so an NTQ would be valid, unlike with ASTs)
    I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...
