Communist states do not have a monopoly as far as this kind of incompetence is concerned. Your great and glorious America has states where the police and other council workers are on half time...California has run out of money, it seems.

Ah you know so little- the reason that California and other states and cities are bankrupt is because of entitlement spending.

Places like Texas Florida and notably Wisconsin a state ensconced in the labour and union movement for once rejected that in favour of cuts and got back on it's feet.

The places struggling and well into the red are the ones who are in the left.

By taking off my hat....don't need to be or claim to be omniscient, there is only one God, but I don't need to be the former to explain how your comparison was based on superficial knowledge
