Default Court Possession Order - How Long To Wait?

    Folks,

I attended court last thursday and was awarded the possession order for my property. I was on the understanding that I would receive a hard copy at the hearing, but my solicitor advised that I would receive it in the post usually within 7 - 10 days. Is this correct?

Yes. The tenant should get a copy the same day as well.

Thanks Johnboy. How long will it usually take to receive my copy?
