Well, why is Turkey allowed in, then?
But then the European Broadcasting Union, whose members can participate in Eurovision, has also Morroco, Algeria, Tunisia, Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt as...
Yes, there is no limit for tax debts (that would be the state shooting itself in the foot, wouldn't it?).

The wording of break clauses is tricky (as illustrated by all the threads on the topic here) and often cause confusion (ditto) for no gain.
As said, in effect they shorten the fixed term: IMHO best...
She doesn't need your agreement, but just to follow the break clause and serve notice appropriately.
Effectively the fixed term is 8 months, not 12.
In effect, what is stated regarding surrender...
Not really, as the council determines liability according to statute and will go after whomever is liable according to that.
If LL and T have agreed otherwise that's private between them.
As...
You know you're in a good neighbourhood when you're called posh for going to Poundland. :(giggle):
Do you mean her actual salary or total income?
As you say she only works 2 hours a week but receives benefits, I expect these 2 figures to be quite different.
:(clap): that's quite funny.
I'm launching a 98p store later this year anyway, and will blow them both out of the water. Ahah ;)
On a serious note: I remember having read that Poundland was planning to launch an online store...
You said the council were "aware that there was a tenant living there". Forgive me, but if there are aware then they do not need anything further...
Anyway, OP must be able to show evidence of 2...
£1? That was an easy question
Well if the council knows for a fact that there was a tenant, then IMO the AST issue is just them trying to find ways to attempt to go after the easy prey (the landlord).
Another lesson for the future: LL must keep his own record for all these important documents. Keeping everything in the agent's hands is not good enough and a major risk in case of problems.
That's called spreading fear, uncertainty and doubt (FUD) to influence public opinion. Either because of the upcoming referendum, or just to prop up the City against their competitors north of the...
Yeah, your patner seems to be making a point by paying as much rent as possible before parting ways with the landlord he doesn't like.
The landlord must be crying at night...
Or, as I like to call it, 'Friday night'.
It's not the way it always works: Many decent agents will refund referencing/credit check fees if the landlord decides not to proceed based on the results.
As long as they don't start attacking each others' vans the ladies of Richmond should not be too alarmed, then ;)
Let's us know how it goes.
I quite agree with Eric's and Artful's posts: Sure nothing obliges a landlord to let a property with the built-in oven supplied, but it doesn't make sense not to.
That's a fair question in a sense, as I understand it, Ocado is supplying Waitrose products.
See this article:...
Your ad says that the property will be redecorated before being re-let. This suggests that it is not tip top at the moment, and perhaps prospective tenants prefer to see the property after the work...
Fair enough. However, as of today, as I said, all Lithuanian citizens have exactly the same rights as any other EU citizen to live and work in the UK, even if they are 'pre 1 May 2011'.
They cannot...
Er, it says that they have no restriction to live, work, and claim benefits...
