Sorry I know it's not going to say directly, but where it might hint at more freeholder rights once you do go this route.
I know you can't re extend again after you go this route.

Yes I checked locally and £200 was about the max anyone is paying.
I'm just coming out with way over the top amounts for going the 50 year route, even the law fees won't be £10k more like...
