Thanks jta, checked my records, got their NI and other info,It might sound daft but having looked at the mcol website it needs specifics, if the my claim is increasing how do i specify a figure? Forgive my ignorance!

I found the website online, are the suggestions you made clear once I start the claim etc? Also would you start the claim while the s21 is in progress? Douing that would mean the money owed would increase daily, how would that be allowed for, any ideas? If I wait until the arrears are certain then might not have an address.
