A commercial property surveyor, involved in the commercial property market since 1967, I specialise in rent review and business tenancy advice for landlords and retailers in England and Wales.

In 1975, I started the idea of specialising in rent review and many of my ideas nowadays pervade popular thinking. I have advised on more than 5000 properties. On my website you'll find a mine of information, including shop investment and ML Guides.
