Good morning Sir,

We know Lyndhurst very well, there is a football fixture coming up in the next week or so.

We do the same for our Landlords and have an online Partner Profile page which records all certificates and commission for the year. However, 'selling' to you is not my focus, I prefer to pick your brain for the knowledge you have about property - if that's something you are happy to do.

When is good for you? I am always happy to have a drink or two

The reason I approached you is because I love talking to people who also enjoy speaking about property - whether it be for ideas, tips or just pure inspiration. I find talking helps me learn so much more quicker than when I read. I do want to invest in property and will do at some point but I know I am not in the position to do that right now. I do not and will not invest in anything until I feel comfortable. I have learnt many lessons in the past and this has resulted in a strong belief (I'm sure I have many more mistakes/lessons to come in the future)

I studied Accounting and Business. After two years of working for an Accountant I decided to get in to something for my self. My two friends approached me and asked if I wanted to work with them. They have been in property all their life with their dad and run a 10 year old company called LittleNLarge (one is a small chap and the other significantly bigger). They provide Landlords Property Insurance which was perfect for me because it meant I would interact with people in an industry that I was extremely interested in. This was a year and a half ago and I have certainly learnt a lot; meeting a number of mortgage advisors, solicitors, management agents, etc.*

I am 24 years old and the son of two teachers. Helping people has always been on my agenda in life but not through teaching in a school. I find business fascinating and am a true believer in sustainability, thus my focus is usually on things that are valuable in the long term. Hence my interest in property and creating a company that my family can be proud of.

My father is a well respected teacher at The Hall School and being a teacher, his philosophy is naturally to go to school - Uni - work for someone. I believe it is great to learn by working for others but my long term goal is to create an entity for my family and myself.
