I really value your advice on here. I have a leasehold flat with a clause which states it must be used as a private residence. I rent it out as a holiday let and the freeholder isn't happy and believes the phrase private residence forbids short letting. In your opinion are they right?
Thank you for your help!
Excellent Advice. Really helped me with my query.
Prompt and helpful advice. Much appreciated.
Extremely helpful advice received from Lawcruncher. Replies were to the point and answered queries with a clear understanding of my situation, demonstarting that time was taken to read my posts thoroughly. Much appreciated.
REALLY grateful to Lawcruncher for giving concise helpful advice. It's been a real confidence booster for me especially since I have so little knowledge in this area.
This guy has been invaluable, obviously knows what he talking about.
