We, at ATKINS HAZARDOUS SCENE RECOVERY LTD understand that in a lot of instances tenants cannot be trusted to leave the property in a good clean condition.
We also understand that this is a common problem that can slow down the re-let of the property, as well as proving to be very frustrating, and costly for the management company and landlord.
After tenants have vacated or been evicted from the property, you could be faced with a variety of scenes ranging from the best case scenario were the property needs a spring clean, to the worst case scenario were the property is full of household rubbish (i.e. food waste and furniture) human faeces, dirty grease stained walls, floors and hard surfaces, to used drug equipment like hypodermic needles, syringes which maybe contaminated with HIV, TB and other infections.
our technicians will enter the property and take steps to restore all effected areas to a safer state, so the property will be safe and usable within the shortest possible time, which allows the management company or landlord to re-let the property as quickly as possible.
