Can I claim bailiff cost from tenant?

Having obtained a possession order against the tenant I'm currently filling in an N325 form to instruct the bailiffs, which will cost £95.

Can I claim this cost back from the tenant, ie adding it to the £150 court fee he's already been ordered to pay? If so do I add it to the N325 form at "A" and "B"? Or do I just have to swallow it?

In A, put the total amount of the judgment INCLUDING the summons issue fee. Put the same figure into B

Put the warrant fee into issue fee of £95

Bung the total into the box marked "total"

The reaswon its done like this is in case the claimant issues a warrant claiming only part of the debt at that stage.

on my possession order obtained through s21 route there is no mention of costs. Can i claim the £95 though and can i claim the 150 as well?
