Having obtained a possession order against the tenant I'm currently filling in an N325 form to instruct the bailiffs, which will cost £95.
Can I claim this cost back from the tenant, ie adding it to the £150 court fee he's already been ordered to pay? If so do I add it to the N325 form at "A" and "B"? Or do I just have to swallow it?
(FYI the form is here: http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n325_0499.pdf)
Thanks
