I guess i have been not lucky..

I bought a house in need of repairs one month ago, and was waiting to start the necessary work to be done..i didn't board it up, cos it's a quiet area..
surprise surprise !!
my neighbours called me and told me that 6 people occupied the house and moved some of their staff in there...
I went there armed with good intentions, and tried to speak to them in a friendly way... I was instead spat by them and told that once the lock is changed there's nothing i can do about it...

As words don't work with insane people , i decide to apply the K.O.A.O. & N.H.A. tecnique, which worked very well in this case..
They've sued me and they called the police, who of course agreed with me but said that i might have problems in court..

The squatters are out now, of course and in less than 2 days, workers have started the work, but how could i justify myself in court ? Am I really liable for taking possession of my own property ( although not in a very orthodox way )

Thank you

It means << Kick-Out-At-Once Not-Harming-Anybody .>> ...or so....
Am I liable for that ?

Thanks

The police are correct. From what you have written it sounds like you needed a court order to repossess (these are usually awarded pretty quickly against squatters).
