Leak and water damage

There was a leak last August mainly from fat in drains from the upper flat. As a result my kitchen which is an extension had a leak and stared moulding and staining . There is an open wood thing on the outside of the bathroom which is causing moulding in the bathroom. There is a problem with moulding at the front door.
